Online Counselling
Online therapy is an effective means of undertaking counselling. It’s just like regular counselling except our sessions are conducted online via computer, tablet or smartphone.
During the covid lockdowns online therapy became a necessary way for people to access counselling. Out of this necessity has come a genuine preference from some people to work online rather than endeavouring to battle potential time restraints, competing family interests, or even traffic to make the physical journey to our office.

Online counselling provides extra flexibility to the therapeutic process, allowing almost anyone in any location to access our services. Choosing online sessions allows you to book an appointment when it suits you most, perhaps during a lunch break, after work, or when the kids are in bed. There is tremendous upside to working online, including transcending the limitations of choosing a therapist simply because they’re located close to your workplace or residence.
