At Mind Health Counselling we understand that the decision to seek counselling is generally not one that is made lightly, and that some people may even feel anxious about attending their first appointment. Whilst this is a perfectly normal response to have, it's important to note that by choosing to face your issue, you are giving yourself with the opportunity to make positive changes in your life.
