Our counselling sessions are generally one hour in duration; however this timeframe can be flexible depending on the needs of our work. For example, if we find our work is consistently exceeding the hour, we can look to schedule a 1.5 hour session instead.

The number of sessions you’ll require will ultimately be determined by you. For some people, just a couple of sessions is enough for them to feel like they’ve received what they wanted from counselling, for others it might take longer. Either way, we understand that both your time and money are valuable, so we’re committed to supporting you to move through your therapeutic work as promptly as possible.
